modern room water pressure
The staff was helpful. Rooms was modern. water pressure was GREAT and quick to change the temperature. the rooms were VERY clean.

Charming Stay Near the MTR
convenient location helpful staff water filter
I enjoyed the convenient location near the MTR station. It's just a short walk. The staff was also very helpful. They provided useful tips. I also found the room clean. It had a reverse osmosis water filter machine.
The pillows were very soft, made sleeping a little uncomfortable (i had to ask for something more firm).

The room was quiet and well-equipped with a microwave, kettle, and fridge. A great shower also was available. Comfortable bedding was supplied for a restful night.

spacious room clever storage water filter soft pillow limited space toilet condition
The room was spacious. Clever storage compartments existed for large suitcases under the bed. A water filter was provided, also tableware and utensils.
The pillows were soft and did not hold shape. This made sleeping uncomfortable, so I requested harder pillows. The room size looked smaller than the advertised pictures, and walking space was limited. The toilet was also in bad condition.
